The award-winning actor is embracing his new single life that doesn’t revolve around unnecessary heartache and drama. He recently released a video about how he’s been in high spirits lately.
Valerie Bertinelli Says Her Life Now Is Hard But ‘Exciting’
The food chain star gave fans a life update on how she’s doing in 2023 and what she’s been doing to keep her body and spirit healthy and alive.
Taking to his Instagram story, Bertinelli uploaded a video where he revealed that he has been doing some heavy lifting to help his connective tissue.
Wearing a striped top and a silver chain featuring a cross pendant, she spoke about the exercise, saying, “It was very painful but there was a release that happened which helped a lot. I believe there is a lot of emotional pain stored in the body and I do my best to heal it by all means.”
Being open with his fans, the famous chef revealed that he enjoys sharing his journey with them because many of them can relate to his pain. However, he notes that not everyone may understand what he is going through. In his words, “There are a few of you who don’t understand and think ‘omg, get over it!’ I’m more than that, I’m more than a narcissist, I’m over a narcissist a long time ago.”
Responding to a fan’s DM’s question about “what makes him tolerate the unacceptable,” he said, “One of you DM’d me a question that helped you with your healing.” Adding, he said, “This is why I’m sharing with you because you helped me. I hope I can help you”!
Reflecting on the question, the “Hot In Cleveland” star stated that by answering the question, she healed from her trauma and “just put a better life out there for herself.”
Sharing how she feels now about herself, she said, “I’m happier, I’m happier, the life I already have that I’m grateful for, but the life I can really enjoy because I finally feel like I deserve it, we all deserve it to have a beautiful life.”
Getting emotional talking about his new and pleasant life, he advised his fans to long for a good and suitable life for themselves. The 62-year-old added: “So yeah, I’ve moved on from the bad side and I’m going to the really hard, hard part that has the most benefits.”
Bertinelli asked his fans to continue the journey with him but warned, saying, “I will stop you if you want to say something sarcastic and rude to me, because I will not tolerate anymore! How about”?

The “Valerie’s Home Cooking” star, who has been very vocal about her trauma in her past marriage, has a message for other victims like her.
According to The Blast, Bertinelli found himself in a bit of trouble after fans were confused by a TikTok video he reposted to his Instagram. The reposted video states, “A man usually leaves one woman for another woman. But a woman leaves a man for herself.”
Explaining the misunderstanding, the actress explained the basic meaning of mental and emotional abuse. Posting a video on her Instagram story, she said, “When it comes to emotional abuse and mental abuse, it’s not talked about because people just think I’m not physically abused so it’s not abuse, right”?
He went on to explain how sometimes, in a relationship, a person loses themselves trying to make their partner feel loved and, in the process, they lose the love and respect they have for themselves.
He concludes by stating, “So, he will go, or he will go, to find themselves again, to love themselves again, because they don’t know who they are.”

When they can no longer get these things from you – they will find another invisible toy behind their mask.”
