The “Valerie’s Home Cooking” host had a “hidden little bruise,” which recently erupted, which she told her fans in a candid video on Instagram. He appears in good spirits in the clip, laughing at first during the walk before revealing the reason behind his happiness.

Fans could hear Bertinelli’s pants rubbing as he walked, which he noticed made a certain sound. She later revealed that she stopped wearing it because she was told and was “mocked mercilessly” for being “too lazy to do anything about it.” Although the taunt was currently of no importance to him as he left it in his past, the “hidden bruise” was something he would have to deal with when it activated.

Still, she’s “so grateful” that her healing journey is progressing, to the point that it makes her “giggle.” Given the mockery of the past, the “Hot in Cleveland” actress put the pants down and even changed the way she walked in them. But now, he can shake them even with them rubbing, which he describes as “the sound of freedom” to him.
