Bertinelli, in another life update, took to her Instagram to celebrate the New Year and indirectly also reflected on her former marriage to Tom Vitale.
It is recalled that the 62-year-old man filed for legal separation from Vitale in May 2022 after 11 years of living together as a couple. Bertinelli said in the filing that the reason for the divorce was irreconcilable differences.

She focused the lens on her face and was seen wearing a cozy gray & black knit sweater. The “Apple’s Way” actress has parted her brown hair in a center part, with loose hair falling down her face to her shoulders.
Even though she doesn’t wear makeup, she looks as graceful and beautiful as ever, as her infectious smile fills the entire video.
Opening up about her post in the caption, she wrote, “This new year’s day will come with more joy than last year. From a young age, New Year’s Day has been one of my favorite days, for the past 5-6 years it has been one of the saddest days.”
He however added, “No more. There is so much to look forward to now, when before it only seemed sad, scary, lonely, and endlessly stressful. I didn’t know what I was going to face and I wasn’t worried. I am free. This new year’s day, 2023, is the first day of the rest of my life”!

The “Hot In Cleveland” star must be patiently waiting for the court day to finally finalize her divorce from Vitale, as evidenced by the electric reaction to the good news.
According to The Blast, after the seasoned chef and Vitale officially confirmed their divorce, Bertinelli posted a happy clip on Twitter announcing her status.
The “Boston Legal” star looks excited in the video as she tells the world about the great news. Apparently at the airport and possibly on his way to see his son, Wolfgang, he said in the clip, “My lawyer just called. All the papers have been signed. They will be filed.”
He further added, “On 11/22/22, I will officially be divorced. Happy divorce. Finally. It’s finally over.” he ends the clip with “Yes”! And captioned the video “happily divorced.” According to reports, the cookbook author will pay Vitale $2.2 million “in full, final and complete settlement and satisfaction of any and all claims between them.”
There will be no spousal support as agreed to by their prenuptial agreement.
