During one of the panels at the Paris convention, Vanessa Hudgens shared a story about filming “High School Musical.”
He began by explaining how director Kenny Ortega told the entire cast not to stop dancing under any circumstances and to just keep going so they could shoot the final scene of the film.
“Ashley [Tisdale] was right behind me and in the heat, I raised my hand and pulled it down and I hit Ashley right in the nose,” Hudgens told viewers.

“And it didn’t break, but it was close,” he continued and the audience began to laugh. “And he didn’t stop because Kenny likes don’t stop, so he danced and his eyes watered and he was like ‘You hit my face!’ and I was like ‘I’m sorry’,” he continued.
Hudgens and Tisdale remained close friends throughout the years, and even still speak to each other to this day.

“High School Musical” fans know that original cast member Corbin Bleu is returning to the franchise by appearing in the third season of the Disney+ original series, “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.”
The good news for fans is that after seeing Bleu’s successful comeback, the show’s cast feels a reunion with all the members is possible!
“High School Musical” cast member Tim Federle recently spoke with TVLine about Bleu’s return to the franchise. “Corbin had such a good time this season, he said, ‘If you want me back, just know it’s a lot of fun,'” Federle explained.
The showrunner went on to explain how Bleu’s return made him think about bringing back the rest of the original cast — Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman and Lucus Grabiel — back into the story. “So that inspired me to think, ‘What if our kids go back to school and have to be extras in movies?’ Our show is so ridiculously meta, it’s just going to turn into Inception one day. We are very excited,” he said.
“I’m going to take that as an incredible coincidence, but we’d love to get Zac and Vanessa and all of them back, so we’re working hard on that right now,” the “High School Musical” cast continued.
