The third release of Jeffrey Epstein’s court documents shows victim Virginia Giuffre denies all allegations that she received payment for stories.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Giuffre testified under oath that no money was exchanged for his experience with the late financier.
In a second batch of court document releases, Epstein conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell claims Giuffre was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his “truth.”
Virginia Giuffre ‘Never Negotiated’ Agreement To Sell Her Story
In court documents about the March deposition, Giuffre was asked about his story to reporter Sharon Churcher about former President Bill Clinton riding in a helicopter — flown by Maxwell — with him.

During questioning, Giuffre claimed the story about Clinton on the helicopter was “taken out of context.” He explained, “Ghislaine told me that she flew Bill Clinton in. And Ghislaine likes to say a lot of things that sound great. And whether it’s true or not, that’s what I remember telling Sharon Churcher.”
When asked about the statements about Maxwell in the press attributed to him, Giuffre confirmed that he did tell Churcher about what was written when recounting his experiences with Prince Andrew. Giuffre said he wrote the information on “a piece of lined paper.”
When asked if he was paid for the paper, Giuffre stated, “Not for the paper, I don’t believe it.” He also denied being paid when the paper was reprinted or negotiating any deal with Radar Online media.
Giuffre was then asked if he made a deal with Churcher for the sake of the paper, to which he replied, “Not the piece of paper.”
As we previously reported, Maxwell in his countersuit claimed, “Plaintiff [Giuffre] solicited public attention for his fabricated stories about Miss Maxwell and others. In other words, the Plaintiff was paid more than $100,000 for her false story to the Daily Mail as well as the sale of photographs purporting to be her and Prince Andrew.”
The document further reads, “[She] then proceeded to gain public attention for his story through (a) interviews with Bradley Edwards and Jack Scarola, (b) through contacts with various literary agents, ghostwriters and news outlets, and (c) through a carefully planned scheme to publish his false claims in public appeals in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as media interviews and other contacts including ABC News, Sharon Churcher, and her alleged work on behalf of Victims of Silence.”
According to Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence, Giuffre’s many “lacks of character and truth” were covered while the media chose to focus on the many “lies” the victim told about the late Epstein and Maxwell.
Virginia Giuffre Allegedly Met Bill Clinton With Jeffrey Epstein Twice
In the first batch of documents released, Giuffre appears to confirm that the former president did not directly participate in Epstein’s sex trafficking. Giuffre recalled his first meeting with Clinton, saying:
“We all ate together that night. Jeffrey was at the head of the table. Bill was on his left. I sat in front of her…to Ghislaine’s left were two olive-skinned brunettes who had flown in with us from New York. I have never met them before. I would say they are no older than 17, looking very innocent.”
He continued, “Maybe Jeffrey thinks they’re going to treat Bill, but I don’t see evidence that he’s interested in them. He and Jeffrey and Ghislaine seem to have a really good relationship. Bill is very funny. He makes me laugh a few times. And he and Jeffrey and Ghislaine told a joke and the brunette listened politely and giggled.”
In another instance, Giuffre claimed Clinton visited the island a second time and flirted with another group of girls. In his words: “The next big dinner party on the island has another important guest appearance in the one and only, Bill Clinton. On the left is Emmy, Ghislaine and I sitting across the table from us is Bill with two beautiful girls who was visiting from New York. Bill’s wife, Hillary’s absence that night allowed her naughty provocative side to come out.”

He continued, “Teasing the girls on either side of him with playful pranks and rude comments, there was no politeness between them. We all finished our food and scattered in our different directions.”
