The twenty-four-year-old couple are parents to four children, sons Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 18, and daughter Harper, 12.
They couldn’t be more excited to celebrate their second child’s new age as they took to social media with the most loving tributes, expressing love and pride for him.

It begins with him as a youngster playing with a football in their family yard before showing glimpses of him spending time with his girlfriend, Mia Regan. In some scenes, the pair make the cutest TikTok videos, while other parts focus on professional soccer players in model photos for GQ and Saint Laurent.
Several family photos are also included in the reel, with some solo shots featuring him with his mom and dad, alongside vacation highlights. Romeo’s childhood has been captured in subsequent scenes as one shows him in a football jersey, and in another, he wears a karate costume.
Afterwards, viewers were blessed with a glimpse of the former Arsenal star scoring his first goal with his father’s team, Inter Miami. The beautiful video set for Tame Impala’s “The Less I Know The Better” ends with a shot of the 21-year-old and her mother posing side by side and giving the peace sign.

The fashion designer’s husband, David, shared the same video on his Instagram in honor of their son and wrote the same loving message. “Happy 21st Birthday to my little man,” she said. “Dad is so proud of the person you’ve become: kind, generous, and passionate about what you love.”
“Keep being you and dream big. We love you so much, x,” he concluded before tagging his wife and three sons and adding his daughter’s hashtag.
Romeo’s birthday celebration comes months after he rekindled his romance with Regan after the young couple reportedly split. According to reports, although the former Spice Girl and fashion model hit it off immediately, given their love for fashion, her son and the 20-year-old decided to call it quits last summer.
Insiders claim the pair have been unable to work out due to the pressures of a long-distance relationship, as the English footballer has been sent to the US as a striker for his father’s football team, Inter Miami, while Regan is based in the UK.
Fortunately, they got back together last November, thanks to Romeo’s move from Miami to Brentford FC, and haven’t let up on flaunting their renewed romance to the world.
