Anthony is a household name at this point and while most people like it, for him, it’s a problem because he’s famous for killing his daughter Caylee Anthony, well, at least the trial that happened.
The executives at Peacock either really want to cash in on the murder of a child, or, they really, really believe that Casey is innocent. Regardless of their opinion, what they did upset a lot of people.
Those people took to social media to share their thoughts on it all and it’s safe to say they didn’t hold back.

Many followers of the trend were shocked that the streaming service could get away with allowing “this woman” to keep her “own story”

The woman accused of getting away with the murder left followers and viewers even more frustrated with the new story she was promoting. Casey blamed her daughter’s murder on her own father, George Anthony.
A clip from the show, released during its promotion shows Casey openly blaming his father for killing his grandson. He claims there was sexual abuse involved and the killing was to cover up the alleged abuse.
This is another thing that worries followers. “I turned off casey anthony’s documentary as soon as he said caylee drowned. he was literally found in a plastic garbage bag with DUCT TAPE over his mouth. I didn’t listen to 3 hours of lies,” insisted one follower.

The former mother has protested her innocence and according to followers who were able to take part in the document, continues to blame random people, as she did during the trial. They are even more frustrated because they tricked themselves into believing they would get some answers.
“Today I learned that Casey Anthony blamed a black woman who made up her son for killing her. Now, Casey blames her father. Who will he blame after this? Elf on the Shelf?” wrote a follower.
