Vijay Sri Hari is an Indian actor, writer, and director, who works in the Tamil entertainment industry. He is the son of Tamil actress Vanitha Vijayakumar and Tamil actor-turned-businessman Akash. He is also the grandson of Tamil actor and politician Vijayakumar.

Strong Slap From Mother
In 2022, an interview was done with Vanitha Vijayakumar, Vijay Sri Hari’s mother, where she was shown her son’s reply to one of his Instagram posts. A user on Instagram asked Vijay if he is Vanitha’s son and he replied that he is Akash’s son. When this comment was pointed out to Vanitha during an interview, she replied that she wanted to give her son Vijay a hard slap. He went on to say that there are no issues between them but he hopes that whatever grudges there are, will be resolved one day.

- Vijay Sri Hari was five years old when his parents Vanitha Vijayakumar and Akash divorced. At that time, he decided to live with his father and since then he has been estranged from his mother.
- According to an article published in 2020, Vanitha’s third marriage with Peter Paul has taken a toll on her first husband Akash and their son Vijay Sri Hari. The reason is that Vanitha married Peter when he was already married to someone else. People started trolling and calling Vanitha a home breaker. Akash and Vijay are always asked about their comments on this matter which they can digest and cause them mental stress.
