Vikas Sawant was born on 11 April 1992 in Maharashtra. He comes from a lower middle class family and used to live in a slum. During his school days, he was shamed by some of his classmates because of his dwarfism. Despite this, Vikas never lost his self-esteem and always strived to make his own identity in the industry. She then decided to make a living by becoming a dancer, her first viral performance was in the song Mujhko Yaad Sataye Teri from the movie Phir Hera Pheri.

Career
Vikas Sawant rose to fame when he was selected in India’s Got Talent in 2009. He then joined a dance school to get professional training in dance forms like Bollywood and Freestyle. Later, Vikas participated in Dancing Superstar India but was eliminated soon. He later returned as a wild card contestant and won everyone’s hearts.
Vikas then started working as a choreographer in the entertainment industry. He started his journey with the popular romantic film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na starring Genelia D’Souza Deshmukh and Imran Khan.
She gained much attention for appearing in season 4 of the Marathi television reality drama show Bigg Boss hosted by Mahesh Manjrekar. Prasad Jawade, Kiran Mane, Yogesh Jadhav, Ruchira Jadhav, Yashashri Masurkar, Amruta Deshmukh are also part of Bigg Boss.
