Diesel is being sued by a woman known as Asta Jonasson. The filing, obtained by Explosion revealed that he was hired by the company One Race as an assistant for the actor in 2010, and his first task was to immediately go to the location where the shooting of “Fast Five” was taking place.
The document reads that “Ms. Jonasson immediately went to work, organizing parties and fulfilling Vin Diesel’s requests, including being in close physical proximity to Vin Diesel when he was at the party without his ex-girlfriend who had children because, as he explained, it would give him cover if he posed with women other.”
It was during this period that Diesel allegedly attacked the victim. Jonasson said he “carried out his job duties responsibly, including making sure no pictures were taken of Vin Diesel, who was entertaining women in the Empire Suite of his luxury hotel.”
During this event, Jonasson claimed that the actor spent time with several women, and his job was to take them out of the hotel. When the last woman left, she was alone with Diesel when he allegedly “groped her breast, and kissed her.” According to Jonasson, she “constantly tried to break free from his grasp, repeatedly saying no.”
Vin Diesel Allegedly ‘Aggravated’ Attack, Followed Victim To Bathroom

Diesel allegedly did not stop during the attack despite Jonasson asking him to stop.
“Vin Diesel escalated his assault, groping her body, kneeling and pushing Ms. Jonasson’s dress, groping her legs, and attempting to pull Ms. Jonasson’s panties,” the legal document reads. “Fearing for her safety, Miss Jonasson screamed and ran towards a nearby bathroom.”
The “Saving Private Ryan” actor allegedly chased Jonasson, “pinned him against the wall with his body, and grabbed Ms. Jonasson’s hand and placed it on his erect cock. Disgusted at being forced to touch his cock, Ms. Jonasson immediately pulled her hand away and again verbally rejected him.”
The document graphically details how the allegedly relentless Diesel continues to pleasure himself “while leaning on Ms. Jonasson and keeping her pinned to the wall with the left side of her body.”
For his part, Jonasson could not escape and “closed his eyes, afraid to anger” the movie star. At one point, she heard a “moaning sound” from Diesel, who in turn “let her go” and turned on the sink in the bathroom.
While leaving the room after the attack, Vin Diesel allegedly said to a stunned Jonasson, “No one can say anything about Asta.” The actor then “unexpectedly” returned to his room and asked Jonasson for his phone. He replies that it’s in his pocket, to which Diesel replies, “Good Job,” before finally leaving the hotel suite.
Vin Diesel’s sister allegedly fired the victim
MEGAIn legal documents, Jonasson claims she was immediately fired from her job by One Race president Samantha Vincent, who is also Diesel’s sister. Jonasson said he was called by Vincent, who told him the company didn’t need “any additional help” and proceeded to terminate him.
“The message is clear,” the legal document reads. “Ms. Jonasson was fired for daring to stand up to Vin Diesel’s sexual assault, Vin Diesel will be protected, and his sexual assault covered up.”
The document further states that Jonasson was afraid to speak out “against one of the world’s highest-paid actors, fearing she would be ostracized from an industry that has a pattern of protecting powerful men and silencing survivors of sexual harassment and assault.”
He also worried that as a “green card holder”, his chances of becoming a citizen would be affected if he came forward. But now, Jonasson has been empowered by the #MeToo and Times Up movements and “doesn’t want” to stay silent.

In his lawsuit, Jonasson is suing Diesel and One Race for “compensatory damages and other special and general damages,” including “lost earnings, wages, bonuses and other employment benefits” that he would have received had it not been for the alleged assault.
He is suing for “emotional distress damages,” “punitive and exemplary damages in an amount sufficient to punish [Diesel]” and prevent him from “engaging in such conduct in the future.”
Jonasson is also seeking “statutory damages” and a “civil penalty of $10,000 for each violation of Labor Code sections 98.6 and 1102.5.” The alleged victim wants the actor to cover “attorney fees and costs incurred in this action.”
The actor has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
