In 2011, he made cameos in several TV serials including Parvarish,’ ‘Hitler Didi,’ ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hai,’ and ‘Junoon.’ He has also appeared in several episodes of Savdhaan India’, ‘Confession’ and ‘Fear Files.’

Preparation for this film was an emotionally painful process for me. I’m a very happy, social person so this character is very different from who I am in real life. It was very, very difficult for me to be Sunny but I knew I had to prove myself as an actor. Preparation for this film was an emotionally painful process for me. To transform into Sunny, I used to put a chair in the middle of the room and I used to release all my anger, all my aggression towards her as if it were a person. I used the rod to hit the chair, abused the chair, screamed and screamed at the chair as if I was Sunny and I had to cause pain. I used to go to my house and lock myself in my house for hours and try and behave like Sunny, trying to find body language, posture and demeanor. I’m exhausted after this process because Sunny is the person nobody should be. Our film warns people like him.”
