The most hated reality TV star right now, Raquel claims that Ariana Madix’s video of her on FaceTime with Tom, which ended their nine-year relationship, was filmed without her consent.
follow TMZ Leviss and his attorney have prepared legal documents to send to his co-stars warning them that if they share this video with anyone, there will be consequences. The document, which was also sent to her friend, warned that the recording was “illegally done without Raquel’s knowledge or consent.”
Her lawyer went on to cite the “non-consensual pornography” revenge porn law, meaning it was a crime and indeed an invasion of Raquel’s privacy.

The legal document goes into further detail and points out that anyone who shares this video via a post on social media, or shows someone using their own device will be breaking the law under the California penal code.

The letter doesn’t seem to mention or accuse Tom of illegally recording Raquel but it’s just the two of them on a FaceTime call. Raquel’s attorney went on to insist that anyone still in possession of the footage in “any other way or method in which the footage may exist,” needs to get rid of it immediately.
No one wants to hear a cloud hack story months from now because they forgot to delete a video from their backup. It’s not a good look whether you’re on team Raquel or team Ariana. The letter said plainly, “This matter should be taken seriously.”
