According to a statement provided to PEOPLE, Rahmani, who is the President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, denied Leviss’ allegations and called the entire case a “fabrication” by someone with a history of dishonesty and betrayal.
Additionally, he denied claims that his client Shay punched the former pageant queen, adding, “The dark mark around her left eye has been there for months.” The statement also revealed that neither Shay nor the other actors wanted to have any further involvement with Leviss.
The case is set to be heard in court on March 29, and Rahmani expressed a desire to present a complete and accurate story at that time, pointing out that the judge has so far only heard one side.

According to legal documents, the star filed a temporary restraining order against his co-star Scheana Shay in Los Angeles County Courts. The document suggests that the situation between the two may have turned physical, and according to The Blast, the photos are brutal.
The model has been granted a temporary restraining order against the “Noches con Platanito” guest star by the Los Angeles Superior Court. The former “Miss Sonoma County” claimed that she was injured during an argument with the actress that happened around 1:30 a.m. last Thursday.
Leviss claims the singer pushed her against a brick wall, causing an injury to the back of her head, and then punched her in the face, resulting in a black eye, a cut/scar on her left eyebrow, blurred vision and a swollen left eye. He also claimed that the mother-of-one showed no remorse for her actions after hearing from their friends. He said:
“At this time, colleagues and colleagues told me he did not regret the physical attack on me and would do it again if he found that further emotional stress was caused by our mutual friend.”
Apparently, Madix found out about Sandoval’s cheating when his phone fell out of his pocket while he was performing at his restaurant “TomTom.” Things reportedly blew up after he retrieved it and found an intimate video from the 28-year-old to his ex-lover.
