What happened to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island Little St. James?

Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island, where he is accused of holding underage orgy and other abuses, is slated for a massive rebranding.

The new owners of the late financier’s deviant playground in the US Virgin Islands — known informally as “Pedophile Island” — are looking to turn it into a lavish new resort.

Billionaire Stephen Deckoff paid $60 million for Great St. James and Little St. James, with the smaller of the two hosting the former Epstein farm.

According to reports, the co-founder of Black Diamond Capital Management hopes to open the new attraction in 2025.

The islands were initially listed for $125 million in 2021, with most of the proceeds supporting compensation efforts for Epstein’s victims.

They failed to find a buyer, and the price was lowered to $110 million in 2022 before Deckoff pounced in May last year.

Epstein — who hanged himself in a Manhattan jail cell in 2018 — hosted a parade of famous figures he brought into his orbit at the site over the years.

A judge is expected to open a handful of documents related to the former finance chief’s activities as soon as Tuesday.

Most properties in Little St. James will be renovated, but Deckoff will reportedly not destroy Epstein’s former residence.

Instead, the developer plans to “convert” it into a glittering hotel.

“I’ve been proud to call the US Virgin Islands home for more than a decade and I’m thrilled to be able to bring the area a world-class destination befitting its beauty and natural beauty,” Deckoff told the Financial Times in May after the purchase.

Reportedly worth $3 billion, Deckoff added to his already extensive real estate portfolio with the purchase of 165 acres of Great St. James Bay and 70 acres of Little St. James Bay.

The financial giant lives in a $12 million waterfront estate in St. John’s Peter Bay, and owns other trophy properties in Beverly Hills and New York.

Epstein bought Little St. James – who would become the center of his offense – only $7.95 million in 1998. He then bought Great St. James in 2016 for nearly $20 million, although he never developed it significantly before his death.

The smaller island houses five buildings, including Epstein’s main luxury villa, library, theater, cinema and bathhouse.

According to a previous property listing, “Epstein Island” also includes a “helipad, private dock, gas station, high capacity water filtration, 2 pools, main area, 4 guest villas, 3 private beaches, gym, tiki hut, ” and other structures.

Epstein’s watchers have long scrutinized the island’s massive temple-like property that features a golden dome, a blue-and-white striped exterior, and a statue of the Greek god Poseidon.

Working with accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein welcomed a procession of high-powered global figures to the property — including former President Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.

Maxwell – who remains incarcerated in Florida – helped get underage girls to fulfill the wishes of Epstein and some of his friends, authorities asserted.
