In addition to walking up to 10,000 steps per day, Jessica pays close attention to what she eats.

“He would eat a whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch he will have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. For snacks, he’ll have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. Although Jessica recently made headlines because fans thought she was too skinny on Instagram, she has opened up to reveal that she treats herself. Stating that she has thrown away her scales and has no idea what she weighs, the fashion designer revealed her love of corn dogs and mac and cheese while opening up about her post-weight loss diet.

In 2010, she shared: “I’m a healthy girl. I exercise. i box I try to eat right. I still love my corn dogs, my burgers and my onion rings. I can’t help it. Just as long as I feel good about myself and if I feel healthy, I feel beautiful. The same corn dogs were mentioned after the blonde had reduced.

“I don’t care how hard the criticism is, you’re not going to bring me down,” Jessica shared earlier in the day. “I will rise and fight. I will not let anyone’s opinion destroy me.”
