Caroline Wozniacki comes from a distinguished sporting background, as her parents and older brother followed professional athletic careers. On February 14, 2017, Wozniacki confirmed that she is dating former NBA basketball player David Lee. The couple got engaged on November 2, 2017, and exchanged wedding vows on June 16, 2019. They had their first child, a girl named Olivia Wozniacki Lee, on June 11, 2021. A year later, their second child, a boy named James Wozniacki Lee, was born on October 24, 2022.
Back To Court After Three Years
Returning to the tennis court for the first time since 2020, Caroline Wozniacki made her tennis comeback by defeating Kimberly Birrell 6-2, 6-2, in the first round of the Canadian Open in Montreal on August 8, 2023. Having won 30 singles titles, Wozniacki has announced his retirement after the 2020 Australian Open.
In June 2023, he revealed his plans to make a comeback. After winning the match, Wozniacki stated,
“It feels great. It was my first game in almost three years and I was a bit rusty.”
