Jeff Hafley, the former head coach of the Boston College football team, is not only committed to his job but also to his family. He is happily married to his wife Gina and the father of two beautiful girls. Gina, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is his other half, and the Hafleys now live in Boston, Massachusetts. Jeff was born and raised in Montvale, New Jersey, and played football as a wide receiver at Siena College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history in 2001. He continued his studies, earning a master’s degree from the University of Albany, SUNY in 2003. After his playing career, he tried his hand at coaching and spent time at institutions such as Worcester Polytechnic, Albany, Pittsburgh, and Rutgers.
In 2012, he was allowed to coach the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, followed by stops with the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers. Hafley eventually became co-defensive coordinator at Ohio State, where he was recognized as a successful recruiter before being named head coach at Boston College in December 2019. On January 31, 2024, he was named defensive coordinator of the Green Bay Packers.

His duties at the organization have changed to reflect the changes in his life.
During her tenure at Emily, she oversaw annual fundraising and events for her alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh. It is unclear whether he is still with the squad or not. Despite the uncertainty, Gina is known as a dedicated mother to her children and a loving wife.
Married Life and Children
Gina and Jeff’s love story began at the University of Pittsburgh when Jeff was asked to give a lecture. The spark between them was said to be immediate, and they ended up getting married in a private ceremony whose date was kept from the public. However, it is believed that they got married around 2012 since Gina once uploaded a photo of them in wedding dresses on her Facebook page.
Their first daughter, Hope, was born in 2015. At eight years old, she is a bright and charming little girl. Three years later, they had their second daughter, Leah, who is now a lively and curious five-year-old. Despite Jeff’s busy schedule, he always puts his family first and loves spending time together. Gina and her children also regularly visit her at work, where they show their support for her and her colleagues.
