Christopher Aaron Gizzi was born on March 8, 1975, and began his athletic career at St. Ignatius, where he excelled in wrestling and football. He continued his success at the United States Air Force Academy, where he was named the Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 1996 and 1997. Gizzi, an undrafted free agent, signed with the Denver Broncos in 1998 before settling with the Green Bay Packers. in 2000 and 2001, when he had his big moments.
After finishing his playing career, Gizzi moved into coaching, starting as North Carolina’s Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. He ended up performing the same function for the Green Bay Packers. Despite his great efforts, his coaching career ended when the Packers terminated his duties on January 25, 2024.

Jennifer graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2001 and moved to Chicago to pursue a fitness career, where she met Chris. Their love story began with common classmates, and the relationship grew stronger. As a result, the couple got married on the first anniversary of their first date, which marked the beginning of their wonderful adventure together. Jennifer is thrilled to be living in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with her husband, Chris Gizzi, and their four children.
Furthermore, their family grew with the birth of four children within six years, dubbed the A-Team: Alice, AJ, Abi June, and Atticus. The family moved to Green Bay in 2013, when Chris joined the Packers. Gizzi, who previously played linebacker for the Packers in 2000-01, spent 10 seasons as a key member of the team’s strength and conditioning department.
