“I think Miley is going to be amazing,” he said. “He’s tall, but you can’t tell on film.” The “Coat of Many Colors” singer jokingly added that Cyrus “had to gain some weight and get some bigger breasts.”
Parton may trust her daughter to play her in a movie, but she doesn’t trust her cooking skills when it comes to food. He said he wouldn’t eat Cyrus’ cooking because it would lack “flavor”.
“Even if he cooks me something, I’m sure I need to treat him a little bit for myself,” Parton said. “I need to have some bacon grease.”

While the two were rehearsing for their performance, Parton revealed Cyrus broke down while singing a heartfelt ballad. “Even when we were rehearsing, Miley was crying,” Parton recalled. He added, “The fact that we sing so well together is very emotional. He would have these tears coming down, which was very emotional.”
During the moving performance, “Wrecking Ball” was mixed with Parton’s hit “I Will Always Love You,” creating a powerful medley. Describing the performance, Parton stated that the authenticity and vulnerability they both bring is key to the show’s success.
“I think that’s one of the reasons why the song sounds so good. We both put our heart and soul into it and felt what we were singing – and singing.”
