Jayne, the reality TV star and ex-wife of disgraced lawyer Girardi, recently met with a victim who was allegedly defrauded out of a settlement by her estranged husband.
The meeting took place at the Valley Inn Restaurant in Los Angeles during Paul’s Ice Cream event. Jayne, who was wearing a pink floral blouse and black pants, spoke to Girardi’s acquaintance and alleged victim for about an hour.
“I came here with an open heart to hear what happened,” Jayne told Page Six. “I want to hear what happened and figure out how to be part of a way to move forward together in a way that is beneficial for all victims.”
Jayne has been accused of knowing about her ex-husband’s alleged embezzlement scheme, but she has denied any wrongdoing. She has filed for divorce from Girardi and faces several lawsuits, including a $50 million racketeering lawsuit and a $2.1 million “aiding and abetting” claim, each Page Six.

Kimberly Archie, a former employee at Girardi’s now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, has praised Jayne for visiting victims of her estranged husband’s embezzlement scheme.
“I think it is quite difficult for some lawyers and people who prosecute cases like this to understand it. So I think it’s irrational to think Erika knows,” Archie said Page Six.
He continued, “I never thought he stole the money or anything like that. My only thing was really how it happened to the victim, and now this erases all of that obviously because he made a concerted effort to make the victim feel better.”
