Smith displayed a strong bond of brotherhood as he celebrated his friend’s latest achievement as Lawrence received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

In a new post on his Instagram page, the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” actor shared a photo of Lawrence looking dapper in a black suit and squatting next to the star with his name.
The following slide is a snippet of the recipient’s speech that contained an inspiring message, “If I could pass on one thing to those who come after me, it would be to ride the bus of your dreams with confidence, grace and humility. And ride it until the wheels fall off.”
In the caption, Smith wrote, “Congratulations Marty Mar!! @martinlawrence.” The post received a lot of love from fans who felt the honor was deserved, with one person writing, “Marty Mar should have gotten this 20 years ago.”

The compilation is filled with past moments between the two and shows their eternal bond. The clip begins with the pair joking about the cold weather, with Lawrence shouting expletives. It then shifts to Smith playfully chasing the “Nothing To Lose” actress, reassuring her with the witty comment, “You’re not short; you’re petite.”
