On July 27, 2022, Atlanta couple William and Zachary Zulock were arrested in Oxford, an affluent neighborhood near Atlanta, Georgia, for allegedly abusing and trafficking their two adopted children. The couple was charged with multiple abuse-related crimes in August 2022. According to Fox News, the two allegedly confirmed to police that they distributed illegal recordings of child abuse. They, however, pleaded not guilty in court. If they are found guilty of all charges, they could face up to nine life sentences in prison.

William and Zachary Zulock pressured their children into illicit relationships with older men.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the couple not only sexually abused their adopted son but also documented several incidents of abuse, prompting them to participate in inappropriate interactions with other adult males. The youngsters, a brother and sister pair, were said to be in the third and fourth grades at the time of the attack. According to the Antigua Newsroom, William and Zachary Zulock are wealthy businessmen. While William Zulock, 33, works for the government, Zachary Zulock, 35, works in banking. According to the New York Post, they seem like a normal couple in every way, with Zachary’s Instagram describing him as an “activist” and “Dad to our two amazing boys.”
The couple was arrested when the Walton County Sheriff’s Office received allegations that someone in Oxford was downloading illegal child abuse movies. While investigating the allegations, authorities discovered that the downloaded film was allegedly made by William and Zachary Zulock.
A representative of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office stated in an official statement:
“One small team focused on going directly to the children to ensure their safety, while another team worked with adults at home to keep things safe.”
The statement went on to say:
“Evidence that the two adult men — the adoptive father of a pair of siblings who lived in the residence — had participated in sexually abusive acts and a film recording this abuse was found during the execution of a search warrant.”
William and Zachary Zulock are accused of creating an illegal film and distributing it to several other people. They allegedly sent the videos to Hunter Clay Lawless, 27, and Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, who are both accused of being part of a child abuse ring.
Hunter Clay Lawless said that although he never actively assaulted the child, Zachary Zulock would encourage him to witness the abuse while giving him images on a regular basis. It is unknown if Hunter Clay Lawless and Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez were directly involved in the crime. Meauwww stated that the Zulocks adopted the boys through a Christian special needs organization. According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the County School District is critical in identifying child victims and cooperating with the investigation.
