According to the lawsuit, At 6:15 p.m., the woman and her daughter entered the main floor and saw a promotional area for the “Rockstar Recovery” energy drink. He claimed the promotional area contained a photo booth that included bright orange swings where attendees could sit and have their photos taken.

He described the swing as large enough to fit two adults and noted that it was made of large wooden planks suspended in the air by two metal chains. The chain is attached to the seat with two “eye” bolts explained the concertgoers.

“Next, “eye” bolts are attached to both ends of the seat at the midpoint between the front and back edges of the board,” he wrote. As a result, he says the swing seat has a “lean or teeter-totter” movement because the bolts are only attached to two points as opposed to attaching chains to all four corners of the seat.
