During a recent episode of the Club Ambition podcast, Correia, 21, talked about everything that’s happened since making a split-second decision to toss her bra on stage during a Drake concert.
Before all this viral attention happened, Correia was busy opening her own business.
“Before all this blew up, about six weeks ago, I opened my cafe,” he said. “I have devoted all my time to that. From building a place to finding all the vendors, struggling with the bakeries, everything.”
Cafe Lala’s coffee shop is located in Cumberland, Rhode Island, where she sells coffee, pastries, muffins, breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
And then, after all the hard work of opening his business, he went to see Drake at the Barclays Center on July 21, and that’s when his life took an unexpected and exciting turn.
“I had no intention of throwing away my bra. My real thought was that I should stand near the DJ booth. Because I know I will see him. When I walk right on the floor, the stage is huge. I don’t want to go straight ahead because I want to see it. Where I stand is absolutely perfect,” he said. “He walked right by the DJ booth, and that’s where the big moment happened.”
This all happened in the middle of a concert, and while she said other bras also flew off, her bra was the first one she noticed and grabbed. When she thought about throwing her bra at Drake, she asked her friend if she should do it, and she was worried about it, but Correia thought it was a good idea and asked her friend to film the experience—and it’s a good thing that it’s now. went viral all over the internet.

Correia has dealt with some haters since her viral bra-throwing experience, but she doesn’t care.
“For the negative comments I receive, I don’t care about them. First of all, there are too many comments to read. I live for the positive,” he said. “I am a mother, but I am still young. I have never done anything to expose myself or ruin my name or my daughter’s. I don’t care about them. Some are funny, but I use it as motivation.”
Her deal with Playboy is still very new to her, and she’s still learning. And while many thought there was nudity involved, she said there wasn’t.
“Everything is still very new to me. They only post some content, no nudity. I’m learning how to stay successful but not ruin myself at the same time, so to speak,” he explained. “Not much has happened yet.”

Correia said that after the experience, Drake “slid on Stories,” and the two ended up having a DM conversation.
“He slipped on a story and just laughed at a story. I just sent a smiley face. It took me a day or two to respond because I didn’t know what to say. So, I just loved it, and then I left it for a day and wrote this paragraph just saying thank you for the experience, great show. And then I told him I owned a coffee shop in Cumberland and asked him if he liked coffee and how he liked it. And he replied that he likes ice and sweets,” he shared.
“Then he laughed at all my messages, so I said, ‘Oh do you think I’m funny,’ and said, ‘I think you’re wanted now.’ So next, I asked her advice, and she said live your amazing life; people have no face, and they will never actually say a negative comment to your face.”
Although the new Playboy bunny hasn’t met Drake yet, she says she’d like to meet him and maybe go on a date.
