“Bachelor” star Charity Lawson sent Xavier Bonner packing after he admitted his past revolved around his infidelity.
Lawson, who was open about her past struggles when her ex of six years cheated on her multiple times, was shocked when Bonner admitted her past and then said she couldn’t promise she would do it again in the future.
The controversial split has had Bachelorette fans talking for two weeks, and Bonner is finally breaking her silence.

“It took me a while to write this, but here goes…,” the former “Bachelor” star began writing in a lengthy Instagram post.
“I never thought that a DM asking me if I was ready to find love would lead me on such an intense journey of self-discovery,” she continued, adding, “For the first time in my life, I’m breaking away from facts and figures to instead focused on letting my feelings lead the way. The process wasn’t easy, but it was very eye-opening.”
Bonner then wrote to Charity Lawson specifically, thanking her for her time and allowing a safe space to be exposed. “To Amal: Thank you for always creating space for me to open up and step out of my comfort zone and be willing to have tough, raw conversations that push me to think more deeply,” she wrote. “You deserve everything and more, and I wish you the best in finding your forever person.”
She went on to write, “It’s not easy to share the worst parts of your past with someone you love (let alone the world!), but honesty and accountability are necessary for growth. This journey is about vulnerability, Although I may not always be clear or eloquent in expressing myself the way I like it, I am forever grateful for this experience.”
Bonner concluded by saying he knows he has more work to do and will continue to become more self-aware. “This is the ultimate experiment in love for me,” he wrote. “And while all the experiments left me with unforgettable lessons, this one, in particular, has better prepared me to go through life with more self-awareness. I know there is much more learning, healing and work to be done, and I can’t wait to be the best version of myself. ?”
