Zach Roloff is back on his feet after emergency brain surgery.
While his wife, Tori, gave fans a progress report after he came out of surgery, the reality star has kept himself away from social media. He once again shared an update, uploading a picture of himself to prove to fans that he has recovered enough to indulge in some family fun time.

The past few weeks have been difficult for the Roloffs amid TLC’s refusal to renew “Little People, Big World” after a 24th season, Zach’s business going under, and his recent health crisis. However, the 32-year-old showed he wasn’t concerned about all the drama as he posed with his son Jackson.
The image shared by Tori shows the elder Roloff wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt with white underwear and a face covering while her five-year-old son wears a gray long-sleeved shirt.

The little boy leans against his father, who has his hands folded on the table as he looks straight into the camera. Behind the two of them was a bright neon sign that read, “Let’s Taco About It,” indicating they were in a restaurant.
While it’s impossible to know exactly when the photo was taken, it gives fans a glimpse into what’s going on in the lives of the reality TV couple, especially after Tori’s update in February. As reported by The Blast, the mother of three took to Instagram, where she posted a photo of her beloved husband connected to different hospital devices.
The first image is a side profile of the patient, whose head is wrapped with wires sticking out of his chest. His wife was at his side, placing her hand — covered in bracelets and bangles — in his in solidarity.
The following slide shows Zach smiling and giving two thumbs up as he remains in a hospital bed. Tori’s caption was more somber than the picture as she wrote:
“Not exactly how we see our week going…. Zachary experienced it [an] emergency shunt check this morning. It’s been a scary 72 hours but he’s fine and on the mend!!”
The 31-year-old continues to credit his loved ones and the team of neurosurgeons for their support, giving a special mention to Zach’s mum, Amy, for “holding the fort and playing hide and seek for who knows how many hours. “
Tori also shared her hopes that the surgery would answer their prayers and help relieve Zach’s migraines, adding, “You’re crazy, Zach. You just had brain surgery… and handled it like a rockstar. I’m so proud of you.”

The post quickly caught on, prompting an outpouring of love for the Roloff clan in the comments section, with some “praying for his speedy recovery.” Amy also praised her daughter-in-law for “being a trooper too.”
Meanwhile, the Mayo Clinic describes a shunt as a hollow tube that drains cerebrospinal fluid from the brain to another part of the body where it can be absorbed more easily.

The Blast reported in December 2022 that Tori addressed fans’ concerns about her family’s remaining time on television during a question-and-answer session on her Instagram Stories.
That moment came when someone asked, “How long do you plan to be on television? Thank you for sharing your life with us.” In response, the professional photographer wrote:
“I think our time is definitely coming to an end, but we’re trying to enjoy it while it’s here.”
He first mentioned that his family’s time on the popular TLC series was over in another session held in November. During that time, she answered “Yes,” when curious fans asked if she and Zach would “stop filming” the show.
Tori neglected to provide any further information — or even a timeline — about when the exit would take place. If the two celebrities go ahead with their plans to leave the show, it will be the end of an era following the departure of Zach’s twin brother Jeremy four years ago.
Her other siblings – Molly and Jacob – left the reality series in 2019.
