“1000lb Sisters” star Tammy Slaton is reportedly back on the dating scene again, but casting her net wider this time.
As fans know, the 37-year-old reality TV star recently said goodbye to her husband, Caleb Willingham, who sadly passed away earlier this year from unknown causes. However, a month after she laid it to rest, Slaton, who came out as pansexual in 2021, is ready to date again, but insiders have hinted that she might be looking for something a little different.

Additionally, the insider said, “Tammy is pansexual, and she’s looking to date a woman right now,” adding that Slaton has “chatted with a few people,” but nothing “serious” yet.

“Tammy has lost all this weight, and she’s ready to get back on it,” the insider revealed, referring to the TV star’s nearly 400-pound weight loss journey. They went on to say:
“Caleb dying was hard on her, but they already had problems, and she felt like she didn’t have time for him. Tammy felt that she didn’t make the effort to move to Kentucky and get out of rehab to be with him.”
As it was repeated, this announcement came after she hosted Caleb’s funeral near her home in Kentucky, surrounded by friends and family to pay their respects. However, it seems that the intimate meeting did not go as he had hoped.
According to reports, the widow is angry with the producers of the reality show for making her late husband’s funeral seem more “sad” than it already was. He blamed the channel for “forcing drama” on what should have been an extraordinary event.
Slaton was seen shedding tears in the front row at the funeral, where she sat with her sister Amy Slaton. However, sources have confirmed that the ceremony “wasn’t all that sad.”
“The shooting of the funeral was ‘totally unnatural,’ and things were put there to make it look sad when it wasn’t really sad. People are having fun, but [TLC producers] make it sad,” they claimed.
The insider also said that the doting wife was worried fans would think she had relapsed because of the way TLC filmed the funeral before adding, “She’s not having an emotional relapse or going back on a diet — she’s doing great.”

A second source mentioned that Slaton was determined to stick to his diet because he believed “it might be him” who died. This is despite Caleb, whose health reportedly “continued to deteriorate” before his death after he allegedly gained 30 pounds (2.1 stone) while in an eating rehab facility.

She excitedly posted a full-body selfie showing off her total weight loss transformation. In the picture, the 36-year-old is posing in front of a mirror while wearing a floral maxi dress.
After Slaton shared the body-positive post, she later began reposting some of the complimentary messages she received on the photo on her Instagram Stories, including a note from “1000-Lb. Best Friends” star Vannessa Cross.
“Get it, girl!❤️?” Cross said before adding in the comments, “?? GIRL YESS QUEEN you look amazing!!!! I am so proud of her!!! It wasn’t easy, believe me, I know, but you made it!!!” Another of her friends reposted the photo, writing, “Proud of you Queen, you look amazing❤️.”
