Slaton shared a quick update on her latest diet change in a new clip where she answers a curious follower who asked if she’s still drinking “12/8 soda.” The star replied in the negative and explained that she doesn’t drink “soda that often anymore.”
Slaton adds that he sometimes takes two 12 oz. cans a day or one or none at all, as water is now his drink of choice.
“ Or if I drink something else, it’s tea…diet tea or unsweetened Gatorades. I do like to drink Crystal Light packets, sometimes like that….but plain water.” concluded the 37-year-old in a TikTok video.
Her legions of fans immediately took to the comments section to praise her for making such a difficult but life-changing decision.

Slaton’s epic video was dropped shortly after court documents showed the social media sensation was arrested on drug possession charges in Kentucky. The Blast shared that he was arrested on August 4 after a Sturgis police officer responded to an anonymous complaint.

Slaton was charged with one count of possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. However, he will go to court for the diversion plan on April 24, 2024.
The reality star’s arrest comes days after her late husband, Caleb Willingham, was laid to rest following his death on July 1.

In the midst of his fast-growing weight loss journey, Slaton has experienced some setbacks, particularly with his health. Earlier this month, the TLC star was seen struggling to breathe and looking weak as she exited her vehicle after running errands in Kentucky.
The reality TV star leaned against her car door for support and then put her hands on her chest as if she was in pain, according to eyewitnesses. The source stated that Slaton appeared to feel pain in his leg and struggled to walk to his front door.
Following these claims, another insider close to the YouTuber revealed that he had been battling pneumonia, which explained his heavy breathing and wobbly stance. However, Slaton appeared on the gram a few days later to celebrate Halloween in a skeleton costume, giving fans a full look at his outfit.
The TLC star decorated her home with balloons while changing into a second outfit inspired by Queen Cleopatra. Slaton’s second look featured a long black dress with gold detailing across the chest and sheer sleeves that revealed her cropped arms.
