Slaton was in a somber mood when he took to social media to address an internet troll who fired a rude question. Under one of his posts, the person had asked:

In response, the “1000-Lb Sisters” hit star had her camera rolling and called the curious troll “so rude.” Struggling to control his emotions, he candidly continued:
“My ‘feeder’ will be removed one day when the doctor says I’m ready. I haven’t started the plot story yet. You sometimes make me feel insecure. I can’t help it but at the same time, I’m proud of it.”
Referring to the loose skin around her forearms, Slaton hastily explained that she’s been working “really hard” to get her “bingo wings on the way.”
“I am proud of myself. Do I still think I’m ugly? yes. Am I getting prettier? yes. And the reason why I sound breathless in my video is because I’m not trying to sing it because I have family members here who are sleeping and I’m not trying to be too loud,” the 37-year-old added with tears in his eyes.
