$4.6 million Beverly Hills mansion overrun by hard-partying squatters — outraging neighbors

Rowdy squatters have taken over a Beverly Hills mansion and turned it into a drug- and sex-fueled party house – causing neighbors to fight and ask them to be evicted.

A multimillion-dollar pad previously owned by a doctor who reportedly fled the country amid an investigation into his ex-girlfriend’s murder years ago has become the center of outrage in an upscale neighborhood filled with several A-list celebrities.

Fran Solomon, who owns the house she rents next door, warned that a rampage could kill someone.

“There was a bull running around with kids around him,” he told ABC 7 LA. “There are people who are drunk and stoned, staggering, walking in and out, and then driving through the canyon. Does someone have to be killed before the police do something?”

Condoms and drug paraphernalia were littered outside the home, according to the station.

Partiers have reportedly been squatting there for months, advertising the bash and charging admission.

“It’s not like people show up at 8 or 9 at night, they show up at 2 in the morning with loud cars, motorcycles, Uber, they park everywhere, they block the road,” another neighbor named. Rick told the station.

Solomon, in a separate interview with NBC Los Angeles, said the party lasted “through a crazy night.”

“There were narcotics seen in the car that was at the house,” he told the station. “This party-goer rang the neighbor’s bell at two and four in the morning.”

But getting unwanted neighbors to bounce back has proven difficult.

The house was previously owned by Dr Munir Uwaydah, who is believed to have fled the country following the murder of his ex-girlfriend in which his assistant was charged, according to reports. But the murder suspect, Kelly Soo Park, was found not guilty in the murder of 21-year-old Juliana Redding a decade ago.

Uwaydah was never charged in the case and denied any involvement in the crime. He was later charged in an extensive medical insurance scheme with several other associates in 2015.

Property records show the home is owned by MDRCA Properties LLC, although the company filed for bankruptcy last year, NBC LA reported.

James Allen, a senior LAPD officer, told the Daily Mail that the new residents of the home claimed they were friends of the former owner and were allowed to live there.

He reminded that the ownership of the house is unclear and is entering foreclosure.

“I think he left his friends at home. I guess we can say they are squatters. But they are squatters to the owners who are in foreclosure to the bank,” Allen told the outlet.

He added the house was being used outside of its intended purpose – illegally – and there was an effort to evict them.

A broker hired by the court to sell the home, John Woodward IV, claimed the occupants said they had a lease and insisted they were leasing the home when he confronted them about living there, KTLA reported. One of the squatters also told KTLA they have a lease and declined to comment further.

The four-bedroom home has been on the market for $4.6 million, according to the listing.

Famous residents who live nearby include musician John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, as well as Jeff Bezos and Steve Wynn, according to KTLA.

Rick, one of the upset neighbors, told NBC LA he hopes the squatters are evicted soon, but worries it could take months, which Solomon isn’t happy about considering how expensive it is to live in the area.

“This is a very affluent, overtaxed area and we don’t seem to be getting the proper response from the LAPD to shut it down,” Solomon reportedly said.

“Law-abiding citizens have no protection from criminals who have taken over homes that do not belong to them.”
