He later met ‘Indian Idol 3’ contestant Parleen Gill in Pune’s military district through mutual friends. They became friends and soon started dating each other, and after dating for several years, the couple tied the knot on February 21, 2016 (Sunday) in a gurudwara. In an interview, Parleen Gill said,
