The “Dance Moms” star revealed that she had reached out to Todd several times on social media before his prison sentence; however, he rarely answered.
But, when he finally responded to her message, Miller admitted he found something “odd” about her.
“I used to DM him all the time, and he never replied. Never answered,” he said US Sun. “Then, all of a sudden, I get this big, long email saying, ‘I didn’t know people could message me. I have never seen this DM. I don’t even know what this is about. I’m sorry I never got back to you.’”
Abby Reveals What “Crazy” Todd Did Before He Was Charged
He revealed that he “always talks about financial institutions and the people who follow them, his local government – always talks about that, which I think is strange.”
Todd and Julie were indicted by a Georgia grand jury in 2019. When this all started to boil over and eventually spilled over, Miller thought to herself, “something has happened because if the government is investigating you, you don’t know.”

“When I was indicted by the US government, it came as a terrible blow,” Miller admitted. “I didn’t know that I had done anything wrong. And I say that I still don’t.
The reality TV star explained that her stint was because she was probably “walking out of her vacation home in Florida after the 2008 crash,” as her mortgage rate continued to rise.
Miller believes prison life will be a cakewalk for Julie, but not so much for Todd.
“Todd wouldn’t be able to handle, you know, cheap generic soaps and shampoos and conditioners and food because he’s a little fancy. [But] Julie, he’s going to be fine,” he told the outlet.
Their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, gave an update to fans a week after they reported to their respective institutions.

“I believe God put him there to really make a difference. He works at an absolutely amazing church and I couldn’t be prouder of my dad and the man,” he said on his ‘Unlocked’ podcast. “I get to hear all these people’s stories and how he’s impacted their lives, and encouraging change and just everyone coming to know Jesus is really amazing. So that calms me down. It tells me they are ok.”
Overall, Savannah says her dad is “doing good.”
“There are difficult days, there are struggles. We talked to him, we emailed him, we were able to meet him,” he explained.
This is something Savannah and her siblings are very grateful for.

“My mother, she is fine. I know it sounds really crazy for me to say that. My mother, she has made friends. He is busy. He goes to church, he works, he plays spades. He watches over everyone,” Savannah revealed.
