The “GMA3” co-host is officially looking for a job after it was revealed the news network cut ties with the TV personality.

Their firing from ABC came after their BTS affair came to light in November 2022.
According to reports, mediation sessions with the network and co-hosts ended on Thursday, January 26.
The network cut ties with Robach and Holmes, but the co-hosts aren’t leaving empty-handed.
The couple will go on payment according to their respective contracts.

TMZ reported the mediation session was “very contentious.” ABC executives accused Robach and Holmes of various forms of misconduct.
One source calls it a “witch” hunt.

The outlet reported that one of the allegations was that Robach had liquor in his locker room, which is a policy violation according to ABC.
One source called the accusations “ridiculous” and claimed some of the bottles were sent to him from ABC News executives.
Another blow Robach had to take was the accusation that he showed up to work drunk following his appearance at the College Football National Championship game a year ago.
“INSANE” is what one source called the allegations, and said he was just tired.

As for Robach and Holmes as an on-air team and behind-the-scenes couple, ABC executives felt they waited too long to reveal their relationship, and their “behavior on set” was “uncomfortable” for some staffers.
When their affair initially broke, the network said they didn’t believe they broke any rules since Robach and Holmes were considered equals in the same position.
It’s unclear what the charges against Holmes are, but according to a source close to former ABC junior staffer Jasmin Pettaway, the co-anchor also had booze in his office.

It’s “Jasmin’s first real job in television, and it’s a big deal for her. She’s looking for mentors and she’s reaching out to a few people.”

Holmes was the only person who responded, and they worked the same shift.
Jasmin was the script coordinator at the time.
“He absolutely abused a position of trust,” the source continued. “Holmes is someone who likes to drink and he and Jasmin started doing it. You must remember he was a journalist at the time and he took the time to talk to him about work or whatever. I don’t know how long it went on before it became sexual, but I know the first time it happened was in his office, and he was going to be on the air in a few hours.”
Holmes Abuses His Position of Power
On one occasion Holmes allegedly called Pettaway into his office and found him drinking.
“There was like a mood swing, almost an expectation that something was going to happen, and it did,” the anonymous source explained. “They had sex and I know he was confused afterwards about what that meant. ‘Did that really happen?’ feelings I mean that’s pretty risky behavior on his part.”
Another meeting between Holmes and Jasmin reportedly took place outside the office at a public bar.
He gets “handsome” with his co-workers and doesn’t seem bothered if anyone sees.
“He doesn’t seem to care. You know he’s wearing his ring. He had a wife, he had a pretty high-profile job, but he didn’t act like he cared about either of those things at the time,” the source said.
Holmes finally drops Jasmin as his sidekick after months of dating.
“Jasmin is a beautiful girl and she has everything on her terms. He was interested and then he wasn’t,” the source said. “This is a young woman, starting out in a tough industry, looking for role models and mentors and she’s got TJ No-one talking about the abuse of power back then, but things happen.”
Jasmin continued to work at ABC in New York until 2016. She then moved to Cleveland, Ohio to work at the network’s local affiliate.
