A seven-month pregnant mother was kicked off an EasyJet flight after an attendant called her “rude” when she asked for help finding space for her bag in the overhead compartment, causing everyone to fall off the plane.
Siobhan Foster, her husband James and their special needs daughter Florence were on a crowded EasyJet flight from Belfast, Ireland, to Ibiza on August 19 when an “angry” flight attendant kicked them.
“I will NEVER fly with EasyJet again, I understand why people call them sleezy jets!” Foster, who was on her way to her brother’s wedding in the hot Mediterranean, wrote in the damning Facebook post.
Foster had asked the flight attendant, who was not named, if there was “more room in the overhead locker” and was told “obviously not.”
“You have to find your own place even if there’s no place,” Foster claimed the attendant replied.
But when Foster asked for help, as she was heavily pregnant, the EasyJet employee allegedly told her: “You’re being abusive and it’s not my job to help you.”

Another flight attendant reportedly supported her co-worker, but Foster argued that crew members have always helped her on other airlines.
“Writing this, I understand it will make you think I’m abusive, but honestly I’m not and the whole plane can vouch for me,” Foster wrote. “People are actually wearing this [Facebook] about how badly I was treated.”
Foster eventually found a place to put his luggage, but was then approached by two crew members, who also accused him of being aggressive. The mother-of-one said she ignored them because she was “crying” and “very upset.”
Moments later, he and his family were kicked off the flight by an “angry” flight attendant and another. When Foster’s mother and brother reportedly asked why they were removed from the flight, they were told it was because of Foster’s aggression.
“To say I’m surprised is an understatement in any shape or form I’m aggressive, the whole plane can see how he’s treating me,” Foster wrote.

In the end, EasyJet workers had to ask all 180 passengers off the plane and back to Belfast International Airport, which caused chaos, Foster claimed.
“Every passenger there was clamoring to get this flight attendant who, in fact, said she was the manager,” Foster wrote. “Everyone went back inside and 3 police cars arrived it was like something I’ve never experienced before, then me, my husband, my brother and my mother’s name was called upstairs [speaker] to come to Gate 8.”
The family was met by eight police officers and two Swissport employees and informed they would not be allowed back on the flight, in accordance with the airline’s decision, the Irish claimed.

Foster claimed they were then escorted out of the airport by police and then had to wait three hours to get their luggage back.
“So, that whole day we were in Belfast airport from one lunchtime to nine that night with our son, my leg was so swollen and sore from being on it for so long, I was crying uncontrollably that this happened to us for no reason whatever. .
“I am so traumatized that I don’t know how I will ever fly again,” he wrote on Facebook.
EasyJet has denied any wrongdoing and claimed the Foster family “behaved in a disruptive manner,” a spokesman told the Daily Mail.
“EasyJet cabin crew and ground agents are trained to assess and assess all situations and act quickly and appropriately to ensure the safety of the flight and other passengers is not compromised at any time.
“The captain took the decision to ask all passengers on the flight to return to the terminal so that the situation could be resolved and once they boarded again and the plane continued to Ibiza.”
The plane was delayed for at least four hours, according to Foster, and a new crew had to take over as the original team hit the deadline.
The Fosters made it to Ibiza the next day, just in time for the wedding, after managing to get a Ryanair flight out of Dublin.
“Thankfully we got to Ibiza and did my brother’s wedding to express how stressed, disappointed and moved I have been all this time.
“EasyJet should be ashamed of themselves and of course I’m continuing this, I’m still shocked at how we were treated especially when we were seven months pregnant and had a disabled child with us.
