The shocking revelation was made this week during a fan Q&A event for Adele’s “I Drink Wine” music video.

Speaking to influencer and comedian Benito Skinner, the 34-year-old revealed the correct way to pronounce his name.
A fan from London called via satellite and pronounced his name as “Uh-Dale,” instead of “Ah-Dell.”
The singer responded to the fan’s call, “Love that. He pronounced my name perfectly!”

The correct pronunciation is “Uh-Dale” and not “Ah-dell,” according to the English comedian.
During the same Q&A, Adele was asked about chasing the elusive EGOT.
“EGOT” stands for Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.
If Adele becomes an EGOT, she will join the likes of John Legend, Mel Brooks, Whoopi Goldberg, Audrey Hepburn, Rita Moreno and more.
“I can’t lie, I’m not a Broadway fan,” he admitted. “I know I know. I’m talking about musicals because I’ve seen some plays but I don’t think I’ve seen enough.”

If Adele tries her hand on Broadway, she feels she will be able to embody the role of Rose in “Gypsy.”
“I really like the role of the mother in it. He has a song where he’s like, ‘I want to do all this’ and he’s jealous of his own daughter and he’s really stuck about it,” she said. “At one point, he’s just brooding in it, which I can do.”
While Broadway may not be in Adele’s immediate future, she says her upcoming Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace could offer a future Tony win.
“I guess I haven’t seen enough [Broadway] as an adult to find out if I want to do it. I wondered, ‘Do I just move the show from Vegas to Broadway and win a Tony?’ I actually prefer the sound of EGO to EGOT,” Adele said at the event. “EGO is fun. But never say never. If I moved to New York, I’d be bored, I’d be on that stage in the heat of the moment.”

Her “Weekends with Adele” will begin later this month on November 18 and run until March 2023.
Adele and her team have been completely overhauling the show since canceling it in January.
You may recall that just 24 hours before her January kick-off date, Adele dropped a bombshell on excited fans and canceled her “Weekend With Adele” show.
In a tearful video, Adele informed fans that the show would not go ahead.
“My show is not ready yet,” he said. ‘We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to put it together in time, and for it to be good enough for you. But we have been completely destroyed by shipping delays and COVID.”

“I want to tell you about the beginning of my career until now. I won’t give too much away about it, but the show is growing,” he revealed. “It’s all about the music, and it’s really nostalgic. It will be very beautiful.”
