At her New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas, the 34-year-old British singer-songwriter was seen limping across the stage as she explained to the audience that she suffers from chronic back pain.
The singer had to “babble” from one end of the stage to the other while handing out t-shirt launchers to fans, as seen in a video from Daily Star.
“I just had to go across the stage,” he said, adding, “I had to hobble today because I have really bad sciatica.”
In an interview with faceAdele shared that she has suffered from chronic back pain for almost two decades as a result of a ruptured disc when she sneezed at the age of 15.
“I’ve had back pain for, like, half my life, really. It flares up, usually due to stress or from stupid posture,” said the “Hello” singer.
Her Weight Loss Regimen Helps Ease Back Pain

Adele revealed to face that some problems with her back have been alleviated by her 100-pound weight loss and a rigorous exercise regimen, which includes core exercises.
“My stomach is strong, in the lower part, which I have never experienced before, [and] my back [doesn’t] play too,” he said. “It means I can do more, I can run with my son a little more.”
She also stated that the weight loss affected her in a “fun” way because she had to change her wardrobe.
“I had to buy a new wardrobe, which was fun. I used to like shirts. I can’t wear it anymore, it makes me look a bit weird. I had to throw away a lot of clothes that had fond memories. There are elements like that. I don’t know if I feel any different. I still have things about my body that I don’t like,” she said.
Adele Opens Up About Her Mental Health

The singer revealed that he had resumed seeing a therapist during a show at Sin City last December when he openly discussed his mental health condition.
“I’m starting therapy again because I haven’t been in therapy for a few years. I need to start,” revealed Adele per Daily Mail. “When I was going through my divorce, I was basically doing five therapy sessions a day.”
He then explained to his fans that he is doing it now so that he can put on the best performance for them and continue to stand out every week.
Adele said, “now I’m doing it because I just want to make sure I’m improving myself every week to make sure I can give you everything.”
Adele is afraid of performing in front of people
The “Skyfall” creator also revealed his anxiety about performing at big events because it “fills him with dread,” revealing that he constantly talks about it to his therapist.
“I’ve always been very emotional. I love making music, but there’s something about performing live that actually scares me and freaks me out,” Adele said Explosion.
