Albert Einstein was born into a middle-class Jewish family. His father Hermann Einstein was a wool salesman and later he worked in an electrochemical factory and had some success in his profession. Albert Einstein’s mother was Pauline Koch who was a housewife.

Albert Einstein had one sibling and his sister’s name was Maria who was two years younger than Albert. Albert Einstein once talked about things and experiences he had early in his life. Albert Einstein completed his studies in 1900 and then he faced a major crisis in his life. He was self-taught and used to skip classes which affected his reputation among some professors. He was rejected from all the academic positions he applied for.
