Alec Baldwin Has A Naughty Response To Hilaria Baldwin Doing A Push Up!

After admitting that she was confused between her Instagram feed and video posts, Hilaria decided to share a short video clip of herself doing push-ups on Instagram while the family cat crawled around her. Hilaria then knelt down on her own while crawling towards the camera.

“Push-ups are scary,” Hilaria admits. “I’m working on getting stronger, post-partum…I like to mix full push-ups with modified push-ups. I made a small bend in the arm with full and then deeper with modified.

“Little by little, with these two ranges of motion, strength comes,” he continued. “It’s all about maintaining a strong core and good form. Have fun! And maybe you have a curious cat like me 🤣✨ 5 of each 🤍.”

In another recent Instagram post, Hilaria admitted that Alec Baldwin likes to take pictures of the two of them sleeping together.

“My husband took pictures of us when we were sleeping… used to make me roll my eyes. But sleeping with my babies during their first year is one of my favorite things as a mom,” she wrote in the caption. “So thank you @alecbaldwininsta for documenting ✨💛.”

Fans loved the sweet snap, with one fan calling it a “beautiful motherly moment.” Another follower said, “I really miss co-sleeping, it’s one of my favorite things. You are a beautiful mama❤️.”

In a follow-up Instagram post, Hilaria shared another sweet photo of the two of them sleeping side by side in bed in the same pose. “We synchronize sleep 🤣. Another Alec photo moment,” she wrote in the caption before opening up about breastfeeding.

“When the babies are born, I start pumping, right before I feed them,” she wrote. “I pumped for only 3 minutes. Nothing comes out at first. I almost always pump before I nurse. Although the baby is fussy. 3 minutes pass and then I can breastfeed.”

“I did this for a few days. Finally I started expressing milk in a bottle,” she continued. “I tried to pump every two hours. But only for 3 minutes. If I pump after I breastfeed (which is the advice I received), it it’s frustrating and I’m not getting milk. The body reacts differently to a pump than a baby. And a baby can be let down for a second better than a pump.”

“This is how I get my savings. I’m not a lactation expert or advocating anything,” she added. “Just sharing what I did and what I learned from trial and error and success feeding 7 babies. It may sound stressful to pump regularly (I also wake up at night 2-3 times to pump), but what I’ve found for my body is that frequency teaches my body to produce milk in less time. I prefer to pump more times for a shorter duration than fewer times for a longer session. If this helps you or a friend, pass it on ✨.”

“I use a pump and a medela style. Nanobebe storage bag. Some friends have started this not with newborns, and it works for them too…the idea is to be patient for a week or two,” she continued. “Yes, I drink Gatorade while breastfeeding. Never thought I’d do organic yoga, but it really helps me stay hydrated. I also drink a lot of water and coconut water.”

Her fans and followers are sure to appreciate the advice, as many thanked her for sharing her latest postpartum journey with them.
