TikTok star Alix Earle insists that she did not cause Sophia Culpo and Braxton Berrios to break up.
While “The Culpo Sisters” star said that “betrayal” ended her relationship with the NFL star, the influencer insists that she had nothing to do with their split, despite the seemingly overlapping timelines between her two relationships.

On the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, the social media sensation known for her “Get Ready With Me” video told Alex Cooper that she wasn’t the reason Sophia Culpo and Braxton Berrios broke up.
She said that online comments calling her a “home thief” and a “mistress” had “triggered” her and left her “screaming”. [her] eyes out” in front of friends after he read negative comments about himself online.

“I spent my childhood basically thinking that this is the worst thing you can do to another human being,” he said, referencing his father’s relationship Thomas ‘TJ’ Earle. “So why the f— would I do that?”
She insisted that Sophia and Braxton “were not together” when she was linked to the Miami Dolphins wide receiver and blamed Sophia for starting rumors that Braxton had been unfaithful.

“The ex-girlfriend started posting things that referred to infidelity in a relationship online, and I was seen hanging out with this guy,” Alix explained. “So everyone just pointed the finger at me.”
After the accusations started, Alix said that he started acting “more psycho” than his ex and started demanding “receipts” from him “immediately” to prove that he didn’t cheat on Sophia.
“I was like, ‘There’s no f–king way this is happening,'” he continued. “I am checking everything. We probably did it 110 times because I was like, ‘If you do that to somebody, of course you’re probably going to do that to me.’”

In a lengthy Instagram Story posted earlier this summer, the 27-year-old athlete said that their relationship ended in January, although Sophia claimed that their relationship didn’t end until mid-February.

“It’s very strange and sad to see what has happened since then. I kept quiet because it is not appropriate for me to talk about my personal life publicly,” he added. “But I think it needs to be touched now.”

After her Instagram Story, Sophia posted a screenshot, obtained by TMZ, that appeared to show that their relationship didn’t end until February.
On January 31, Sophia texted him, “It seems you’ve thought about the alternative.” Braxton replied: “No, I haven’t. Don’t read that.”
“Ok so you want to be with me,” wrote Sophia, to which she replied, “Yes I want to be with you.”

In a screenshot dated February 11, Sophia texted Braxton: “I really hope it doesn’t blow up again but that’s out of my control. What will be will be. And just okay.”
Braxton replied: “No way. And I will do everything to ensure that. Because I don’t want to be associated with that kind of thing obviously. You don’t deserve it and neither do I to be honest.”

Above the screenshot, Sophia wrote, “Real timeline. We broke up after Drake’s concert at the Super Bowl weekend where he was seen making out with another girl. Not bitter, in fact I know this situation is one of my biggest blessings.
