Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is in legal trouble over an alleged physical altercation with his estranged wife.

The situation between this couple is very messy right now. He demanded that he take a drug test and submit to a psychiatric evaluation. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Lesley filed a petition asking the court to force Beador to live 100 yards away from her and the 2-year-old daughter they share, Anna.
This is an improvement from the last time Lelsey went to the police regarding her ex. In February, she accused him of physically assaulting her and her mother, Diana. “Mr. Beador begged my mother not to press charges or to get a restraining order against her. My mother sometimes stayed with me to watch Anna at my house and Mr. Beador had stated that he “hated her,” the court report read.

The incident left her in a state of terror, she wrote in the document, “I believe my mother was severely injured and continued to be harassed by Mr. Beador.” He also wants protection for his two children from a previous relationship.
She believes they are also in danger because she claims Beador has “called my children derogatory names, has yelled in their faces, and has kicked them out of our marital home numerous times.”
He also stated that the businessman had three guns but did not know where he kept them. She wants the father of four out of the Laguna Beach mansion they rent for $17k a month.

In addition to wanting the allegedly unstable father out of his home, he wants the court to force him to pay child support, and spousal support, and take care of Lelsey’s legal fees including $15k for her attorney.
Lesley also claims that she was forced to make a terrible deal after Beador filed for divorce from her. She said she was worried about his safety and after David filed for divorce, they made an agreement where he would move out of the Laguna Beach home they shared.
He will have a month to do it and will be given $40k to find the new place. They also have a custody agreement that provides for joint legal and physical custody of a child they share together.

The reason why this is now headed to court is because Beador allegedly reneged on his own agreement. The former reality star has allegedly avoided and avoided Lesley since making the deal.
Since he was acting erratically, she had him undergo a drug test and be psychiatrically evaluated. Beador was allegedly at the Laguna Beach Police Station when one of his rages happened.
