The widow of Stephen’ tWitch’ Boss is petitioning the court to allow her to receive royalties from Stephen Boss Productions. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Boss owns 100% of his company, therefore, earns 100% of the royalties.
Holker wants this money to be given to him because he is the surviving legal partner with a child with tWitch. Specifically, “the petitioner desires that all shares of stock be approved and certified under the petition.”
tWitch also has an investment account with Goldman Sachs Investments, and Holker is working to secure those rights. So far, the compensation that has come to Holker is $600,000 from Boss’s production company and another $26,924.19 from the dancer’s Goldman Sachs investment account.

Shortly after the dancer committed suicide, it was revealed that she had left no will even though she had been with Holker for nine years and the two raised three children together. The 40-year-old left home one day without warning.
His body was later found in a motel near his family’s home; he has committed suicide. Holker was forced to file a conjugal property petition, asking in a court order that “property go to the surviving spouse or the surviving registered domestic partner without administration.”
tWitch is said not to suffer from mental problems, according to people around him and some motel staff. He had “one small bag,” and the room was booked for one night. Everything seems normal.
Holker also had to request a “verification of property belonging to the surviving spouse,” an untraditional step for surviving legal spouses.

Since her husband’s death, Holker has taken it easy and spent a lot of time with the children. Her IG account is a lot of family time and healing. His court battle continues, and he is now waiting to hear a decision that hopefully won’t be dramatic and won’t drag on for long.
