Former actress Amanda Bynes has reportedly checked out of a mental facility nearly two weeks after she was admitted. Bynes was also given a plan to help manage her illness to ensure a proper recovery.

Due to the nature of her mental health, a plan has also reportedly been put in place to ensure Bynes can continue treatment with her medication so she can get a proper recovery.

After hospitalization, resources for Explosion shared that Bynes had lost weight and was abusing drugs. They revealed that the actress had experienced “shocking and dramatic weight loss over the past few months.” Bynes is said to weigh less than 100 pounds.
He eventually left the facility after work to ensure he was ready to return to his daily life and activities.
