The former “GMA3” co-host was able to leave ABC with her bank account stacked after her affair with co-host TJ Holmes came to light.
The TV personalities were both let go from ABC due to their scandalous relationship that became public in November 2022.

According to a new report, Robach received a larger severance package from the news network than what Holmes received.
Page Six reporting the conditions of their respective placements remains a closely guarded secret.
However, the insider was able to reveal, “Amy has been at ABC longer and has a bigger contract. [than T.J.].”
He joined the network in 2012 while Holmes appeared two years later.

In addition to co-hosting “GMA3,” Robach is also part of the “20/20” series with David Muir. He reportedly worked “very hard” to land the role.

Holmes started out as a reporter and reportedly had several affairs with ABC staff during her time at the network.
It was reported that he conducted affairs with ABC producers, two junior staff.

TMZ reported that the mediation session was “very contentious.” ABC executives accused Robach and Holmes of various forms of misconduct.

The outlet reported that one of the allegations was that Robach had liquor in his dressing room, which is a policy violation according to ABC.
One source called the accusations “ridiculous” and claimed some of the bottles were sent to him from ABC News executives.
Another blow Robach had to take was the accusation that he showed up to work drunk following his appearance at the College Football National Championship game a year ago.
“INSANE” is what one source called the allegations, and said he was just tired.

As for Robach and Holmes as an on-air team and behind-the-scenes couple, ABC executives felt they waited too long to reveal their relationship, and their “behavior on set” was “uncomfortable” for some staffers.

It’s unclear what the exact allegations were against Holmes, but according to a source close to former ABC junior staffer Jasmin Pettaway, the co-anchor also had booze in his office.

On one occasion Holmes allegedly called Pettaway into his office and found him drinking.
“There was like a mood swing, almost an expectation that something was going to happen, and it did,” the anonymous source explained. “They had sex and I know he was confused afterwards about what that meant. ‘Did that really happen?’ feelings I mean that’s pretty risky behavior on his part.”
Another meeting between Holmes and Jasmin reportedly took place outside the office at a public bar.
He gets “handsome” with his co-workers and doesn’t seem bothered if anyone sees.

Holmes finally drops Jasmin as his sidekick after months of dating.
“Jasmin is a beautiful girl and she has everything on her terms. He was interested and then he wasn’t,” the source said. “This is a young woman, starting out in a tough industry, looking for role models and mentors and she’s got TJ No-one talking about the abuse of power back then, but things happen.”
Jasmin continued to work at ABC in New York until 2016. She then moved to Cleveland, Ohio to work at the network’s local affiliate.
