Amy Robach and TJ Holmes can continue their romantic vacation in Miami, because ABC doesn’t want them back… YET!
On December 5, ABC News President Kim Godwin drew attention to the lovers and co-hosts of “GMA3” until further notice.
Following their temporary ban from appearing on air, the network launched an internal investigation into Holmes and Robach’s scandalous relationship.
Robach & Holmes Still Out On ABC & ‘GMA’

After their affair became public in late November, Holmes’ other affairs with ABC staffers also came to light.
A source revealed that the investigation into their relationship (and any other possible inter-office relationships) is still ongoing with no end in sight anytime soon.
As it stands, Robach and Holmes will NOT be returning to work this week.
They’ll have a lot of explaining to do to their audience when that time comes, that’s for sure.
ABC Internal Review Ongoing & Incomplete
“Both are off the air while an internal review is underway and in terms of the timeline, a decision is not forthcoming,” the source said US Sun.
Anyone expecting an announcement to be made should not hold their breath, as “there is no decision in ABC leadership.”
“There really is no timeline. This is an internal review, and whenever that concludes is when the announcement will be made for GMA3 viewers,” added the first insider.

Holmes and Robach have been spotted on the US east coast in recent weeks and days, and were photographed getting cozy in Miami.
Both TV personalities are working through divorces with their estranged spouses, and Holmes’ wife, Marilee Fiebig, broke her silence on January 4.

Fiebig’s bold move comes exactly a WEEK after Holmes officially filed for divorce in New York from his wife of 12 years.
His divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, released a statement to Daily Mail on Wednesday stating, “During the holiday season and given the challenging times, Marilee’s single focus remains on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter. [Sabine].”
Lehman emphasized that her client, Fiebig, is focusing on their daughter and making the divorce process as good as possible.

Lehman, Fiebig, Holmes and its legal counsel have sought to “proceed the divorce privately, as quickly and as amicably as possible.”
“However, we continue to be disappointed by TJ’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity towards Marilee and the party’s daughter,” added Fiebig’s divorce attorney.
Holmes’ estranged wife has been “touched by an outpouring of support” since the scandal hit the headlines in November 2022 and is “looking forward to a fresh start in the new year.”
In fact, Fiebig recently showed support for Robach’s husband, Andrew Shue, on Instagram.
A source disclosed to Page Six that Fiebig was “blinded” by her husband’s carelessness; however, shortly after her affair with Robach revealed more information about other affairs she had with ‘GMA’ staff came to light.
Neither Holmes nor Robach showed any remorse for their actions.
