Career
After completing his studies, Dr. Anahita started her career as a gynecologist. He is one of the most renowned gynecologists in Mumbai and has around 32 years of experience. He is an expert in infertility management, high-risk obstetrics, and endoscopic surgery with around 25 years of experience. Pandole is associated with many famous hospitals in Mumbai. In January 2004, he started the Bombay Parsi Panchayet Fertility Project in collaboration with the Bombay Parsi Panchayet. The motive of the project is to control the dwindling population of the Persian community by providing fertility treatment to Persian couples at an economical rate and also providing access to the latest medical facilities. He played an important role in the creation of ideas and the formulation of project implementation methodologies. In 2013, the Jiyo Parsi scheme was formulated by the Indian government to address the issue of declining Parsi population in India. Anahita guided the Jiyo Parsi team on several medical issues.
Activism
Apart from being a doctor, he is also an activist, who raises his voice against various social issues. She actively fought hoarding in Marine Lines and after a 17-year battle, on 12 July 2019, Anahita successfully removed illegal hoarding from the iconic Marine Drive in Mumbai. Fatal Car Accident
On 4 September 2022, Cyrus Mistry, along with his family members Darius Pandole, Anahita Pandole, and Jahangir Dhinshaw Pandole, had returned to Mumbai after attending the Behram Roj Persian religious ceremony in Udwada. They were riding in a Mercedes GLC 220 D driven by Anahita Pandole. The car was speeding and when Anahita tried to overtake a vehicle from the left, she lost control and crashed into the divider. They were immediately taken to the hospital. While Anahita Pandole and her husband, Darius Pandole, were seriously injured in the accident, their co-passengers Cyrus Mistry and Jahangir Dhinshaw Pandole died. Both, Anahita and her husband were admitted to the intensive care unit of Rainbow Vapi Hospital. Later, they were shifted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Both of them suffered several broken bones.
According to the police,
While analyzing the CCTV camera footage at Charoti check post, the Palghar police found that the car had crossed the check post at around 2:21 pm and the accident took place 20 km ahead (Mumbai direction). The car accident was the result of speeding and an “error of judgment” by the driver.”
Police added that the passengers sitting in the back seat of the car were killed because they were not wearing seat belts.

Controversy
In November 2022, following a road accident that killed Cyrus Mistry and Jehangir Pandole, the Kasa police filed an FIR against Anahita Pandole for reckless driving.
