Andy Cohen remains a devoted fan of Madonna despite being chosen by the famous singer!
The TV host received a playful warning from the “Material Girl” hitmaker at one of her concerts, a moment she took well. While Cohen’s demeanor at the show proved he didn’t mind Madonna’s jab, he insisted there was no bad blood between the pair in a cute reaction to the viral moment.
Andy Cohen Praises Madonna Despite Being Labeled ‘Troublemaker Queen’
“Watch What Happens Live!” host recently updated his social media page with his response to Madonna calling him out for allegedly insulting her on her TV show. The upload features two videos, the first of which captures a moment between the two at the singer’s concert in Brooklyn, New York.
During a weekend show, the Queen of Pop stopped her performance to confront Cohen, who was sitting in the front row near the stage. “How lucky am I, Andy?” Madonna asked before sternly warning him to stop criticizing her on her show. In his words:
“If you say one more bad thing about me on your show, I’ll — I’ll — Oh, you’ll be in a lot of trouble. You are a troubled little queen.”
During the exchange, the camera pans to Cohen and shows him excitedly answering a personal outgoing call. Although her words could not be heard over the screams of the crowd, she was seen saying “I love you.” However, his declaration of love did not sit well with Madonna, who sarcastically replied: “Oh, yes, sure, that’s crazy love. I know about it.”
In his Instagram reaction at the moment, the TV personality shared a video compilation of all the moments he named Madonna Mazel of the day on the “WWHL” show. As mentioned, she confirmed her love for the iconic singer and accepted her new nickname in the caption of the post. Cohen wrote:
“I’m a lifelong Madonna fan, so it’s a pleasure and an honor to be called the ‘queen of trouble’ by the Queen of Troubleshooters. I BOW! Also – go check out the new tour. It surprised me!! Great night. Can’t wait to go back. #TroublemakerQueen.”
Cohen’s sweet moment with Madonna comes two months after her Festival Tour suffered significant early hiccups. The second day of the musician’s comeback show at the O2 Arena in Greenwich did not go as planned following technical problems which saw him start the show late.
He made it to the stage at 9pm, leaving little room for him to beat the Arena’s strict 10:30pm curfew. Despite his best efforts to deliver a memorable performance, the 65-year-old was forced to cut beloved hits, including “Like a Virgin” and “Celebration.”
Unfortunately, cutting the performance short didn’t stop Madonna from ending the concert at 11pm amid warnings that fans might miss the last Tube train. Breaching the curfew, according to rules drawn up by arena operators and Transport for London, means paying a fine of £10,000 ($12,166) for every minute exceeded.

Since she spent an extra 30 minutes, Madonna could have been charged £300,000 ($364,990). Fortunately, Greenwich Council insisted its midnight curfew had not been breached, with representatives stating they did not “intend to investigate” the matter.
Madonna Is Thankful To Be Alive After Health Problems
Before embarking on her Festival Tour, Madonna suffered a terrifying health scare that left many wondering if she would ever recover. Despite the odds, he overcame a life-threatening crisis to continue to bring joy to fans around the world, but no one is grateful that he’s alive.
During her performance in Belgium, the “La Isla Bonita” singer reflected on her miraculous recovery, telling concertgoers: “Less than four months ago, I was in the hospital, and I was unconscious, and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it .”
“It is a miracle that I am here now. My mother, God bless her, she must be watching over me — she said, ‘Girl, this is not your time to go,’” Madonna exclaimed as the crowd cheered. The 65-year-old also expressed his gratitude to his fans and children, saying:
“I was given another chance, so I’m very grateful for that. I must tell you I don’t feel very well right now, but I can’t complain because I’m still alive. Thank you God for my children and all your love and support.”
Also, Madonna’s health scare made her think about her late mother, who died of breast cancer. He felt sympathy for the deceased parents, who must have felt lonely in the hospital knowing their death was imminent.
