A Bravo TV executive talked about Zolciak on his Sirius XM morning show, telling his listeners that he could see Zolciak’s money dwindling from a mile away. He also tried to warn him to be careful with his spending because Kroy Biermann is not an active football player.
“There are many clips of me saying to Kim, ‘I’m concerned about how you spend your money. He’s not a football player; he’s a retired football player,’” he would remind her at reunions and at other events.
If fans remember, once Watch What Happens Live, Cohen told Zolciak that he “couldn’t” keep spending, spending, spending, especially knowing he wasn’t saving anything. “Kroy is a retired footballer. They don’t have football player money anymore,” Cohen reiterated.
Zolciak didn’t take the hint; now, she is in financial trouble with the IRS in addition to her divorce from Biermann.

Biermann has also produced the play. The former professional athlete used her Instagram bio to shed light on Zolciak’s life. He claimed his ring was meaningful and not late for the party.

The couple even pretended to stake a claim on who came out first. Zolciak was front and center when the news broke, and for a while, it looked like he was the one who ditched Biermann and filed all the necessary paperwork.
Then Biermann came out with his papers claiming that he was the one who dropped Kim like a bad habit! He claimed his divorce papers stated an earlier filing date. Biermann is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children, Kroy “KJ” Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9.
So is Kim, and her two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships, side with their mother. The girls have stopped following the man who legally adopted them and affectionately calls him “Daddy Kroy.”
Cohen has expressed the same shock as the rest of us when he heard that Kim and Kroy are calling it quits, but as he says, he’s not surprised it has anything to do with money.
