Verizon’s lawsuit comes just weeks after the actor’s former manager claimed in another lawsuit that Angus is owed nearly $95,000 in unpaid commissions. As we reported, the manager, Diomi Cordero, claimed that Angus stopped paying commission without any basis long before he graduated.
Cordero claims that Angus owes him a total of $94,770 in unpaid commissions from several Hollywood projects. The document revealed that the former manager and the 25-year-old player had an agreement for him to pay ten percent (10%) of the compensation commission received to Cordero, but the late star broke the contract in early 2022.
The filing claims the former manager has a “record [Angus] made so many commission payments to him that he stopped making such baseless payments.”
The document further reads, that Cordero “engaged in bona fide settlement negotiations with [Angus’s] legal representative, and a formal Settlement Agreement has been circulated but not agreed upon or executed.”
The manager listed a $17,500 payment from the Ralph Lauren Angus fragrance show, which he earned in February 2022 as part of the commission payment owed. A $15,000 debt from “Euphoria” season 2 and a $15,000 payment from a collaboration with Atelier Luxury Group, are also included.
There were also unpaid commissions of $13,500 from Rayban Appearances and $10,000 from Reebok social media posts. Cloud’s collaborations with brands like Zara, Fila, Revolve and more are included in the filing.

Angus Cloud Had Seven Drugs In His System At The Time Of His Death
Angus died at his home in Oakland, California after he was found unresponsive by his mother. Initially, speculation was rife that the rising star took his own life out of grief over his father’s passing. However, his mother, Lisa, denied the rumours.
“Guys, I want you all to know that I appreciate your love for my family during this devastating time. I also want you to know that although my son is deeply saddened by the death of his father from mesothelioma, his last day was a happy day,” he said in his statement shared on Facebook.
Lisa recalled her son’s final moments, stating that he was “reorganizing his room and putting things around the house with the intention of staying for a while in a house he loved. He talked about his intention to help support his younger siblings in college, and also help his mother emotionally and financially.”
She stated that Angus “didn’t intend to end his life” before adding, “When we hugged goodnight we said how much we loved each other and he said he’d see me in the morning. I don’t know if or what he might into his body after that. I just know that he put his head on the table where he was working on an art project, fell asleep, and didn’t wake up.”
