Actor Angus Cloud may have left behind some priceless artwork when he died.
The 25-year-old died suddenly at his family home in Oakland, California, on July 31. He had been mourning the loss of his father, who had died a week earlier.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, his mother, Lisa Cloud, wants to be the executor of her son’s estate, as he died without a will. He states that the estimated value of his personal property is around $1,000,000, but that’s not all.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Lisa Cloud estimates the value of her personal property to be around $1,000,000. He noted that the net worth “exact value needs to be determined.” The actor is the face of several companies, such as Rockstar Energy Drinks and Ralph Lauren Polo.
He noted that some online companies are creating unauthorized “print on demand” merchandise with his image and likeness. He is looking to sue and protect his image to prevent unauthorized individuals or companies from profiting from the late actor’s image.

“Additionally, there are many of the Decedent’s sketchbooks that the Petitioners wish to protect, including by registering their copyrights,” the filing states. “There may be intellectual property rights and other assets owned by the Deceased that the Special Administrator is required to identify and protect immediately.”
Lisa had previously spoken about the “art project” her son was working on when she reflected on his sudden death, recalling his final moments.

About a month ago, the grieving mother took to Facebook to thank fans for their support following her son’s sudden death. “Guys, I want you all to know that I appreciate your love for my family during this devastating time. I also want you to know that although my son is in deep grief about his father’s death from mesothelioma, his last day was a happy one,” she wrote at the time, explaining the hours leading up to his tragic death.
“She is rearranging her room and putting things around the house with the intention of staying for a while in a house she likes,” she revealed. “He talked about his intention to help support his younger siblings in college, and also help his mother emotionally and financially. He had no intention of ending his life. When we hugged goodnight, we said how much we loved each other and he said he’d see me in the morning.”

Lisa admits that she doesn’t know “if or what she might put in her body after that. I just know that he put his head on the table where he was working on an art project, fell asleep and didn’t wake up.” He went on to say, “We may have found that he overdosed accidentally and tragically, but it’s very clear that he had no intention of leaving this world.”
“The struggle is real. He gives and receives so much love and support to and from his tribe. Her work in Euphoria was a lightning rod for her generation and opened up conversations about compassion, loyalty, acceptance and love,” he continued. “His head injury 10 years ago miraculously did not result in death as it usually does. He was given 10 bonus years and filled it with creativity and love.”
“Social media posts have suggested his death was intentional. I want you to know that that is not the case. To honor his memory, please make random acts of kindness a part of your daily life. Bless your heart,” he concluded.

Lisa Cloud has insisted that her son did not kill himself and there appears to be new evidence that he may have died of an accidental overdose. Last month, law enforcement officials told TMZ that they were unable to find a suicide note on the premises.
Speculation that Angus Cloud may have taken his own life was fueled by a family statement shortly after his death, which read: “Angus was open about his struggles with mental health and we hope his passing can serve as a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this alone in silence .”
