The “fake heir” turned prisoner is now free from the prison lifestyle and is making a comeback.
Delvey announced that he is working on an unscripted series called “Delvey’s Supper Club.”

The show centers around a Russian-born “fake heiress” who hosts dinner parties with “celebrities, moguls and glitterati” in her apartment in NYC’s East Village.
Dinner discussion topics included his prison lifestyle, his experiences with the criminal justice system, rebuilding his image after being labeled a fraud and his plans for the future.
After his release from prison, Delvey was placed under house arrest following his release from ICE custody in October 2022. He was released on $10,000 bond following his arrest for overstaying his visa in 2021.
He was forbidden to leave his East Village apartment except to see his probation officer.

While talking to PShe revealed his dream guest list that included Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Madonna, Elon Musk, Serbian artist Marina Abramovic, lawyer and former Secretary of State Cyrus Vance and author Ottessa Moshfegh.

As for what she likes about the tech mogul, the ex-convict shared that it was his fluid outlook that drew her in. He also praised her for being open to admitting she was wrong when one of her many ideas was challenged.

Her story became famous when Netflix released “Making Anna” last year. Julia Garner portrays Delvey in the series.
His lawyer, Duncan Levin, said the limited series still perpetuated the idea that he was a fraud.
“Everybody has this concept of him as this character, as an actor, and obviously there’s some truth in this kind of series. He’s really more than the worst thing he’s ever been accused of doing … He’s a great customer,” Levin said. . “He’s actually very pleasant and very funny and people think that they know him because they think about [Julia] Garner character.”
